The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

• Orders valued at ₹500 or above qualify for free standard shipping.

6. No Return and No Refund Policy

CAPDROBE follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Once an order has been successfully placed, products are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference.

Customers are advised to carefully check product descriptions, size information, and other product details before placing an order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact CAPDROBE customer support as soon as possible with relevant order details and photographs/videos for review. Any resolution in such exceptional cases will be subject to verification and CAPDROBE's decision.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
